What is pharmaceutical industry standard for the hierachy of Policy and Code of Conduct approvals?
For Code of Conduct, is it the chief compliance officer or the BoD who has final approval signing authority? For Corporate Compliance Policies is it the chief compliance officer or the EC Member for the function?

We are looking for benchmark information regarding paying for client/vendor's spouse entertainment - any reports or articles out there that mention this? What are other companies' policy in allowing for hospitality for spouses/significant others, specifically meals? So, if there is an event, dinner, or conference that a company sponsors and the invited client brings their spouse/significant other, would that company pay for any meals/entertainment for the spouse/significant other that are associated with that event?
