Tips to Care for Yourself
· Get up and go to bed at the same time each day
· Facetime more often with friends and family
· Prioritize breaks throughout your workday to refresh your mind and take in some fresh air if possible
· Take 1:1 meetings outside that do not require screen sharing
· Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media
· Retain your sense of humor
· Eat well and stay active
