Subject matter

Remote access only by direct NAVEX personnel located in either the United States or United Kingdom depending on the customer selected hosting location. Personal data is not stored as part of this transfer.

Nature of the processing

To access the services to provide critical resources for support, administrative, contact center oversight (where applicable), technical work, and IT/hosting services.

Duration of the processing

The transfer is non-routine and processed for the period of time required to provide the applicable service function.
