Lake Oswego/Chippenham, June 3, 2019 – Effective today, NAVEX Global completed the acquisition of Expolink Europe Ltd., a UK-based whistleblowing hotline service provider. NAVEX Global and Expolink are part of a growing ethics and compliance software and services industry. This transaction is highly complementary as it brings together the two firms’ respective geographic coverage and different customer bases. Demand for automated compliance systems is increasing worldwide due in part to the proliferation of regulatory requirements such as the European Union whistleblower protection directive approved earlier this year.
