As a Web Developer with our Product Development Training team, you will be part of a team that reaches employees in every industry and in every location around the world with messaging about key ethics, compliance and risk topics. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a combination of strong technical and communication skills and can work with a multi-disciplinary team to bring workplace communications to life. Your primary responsibilities will be to serve as a liaison between our team and the organization then productize, evangelize and deploy our new web-based offerings to customers.

What You Will Do:
Work collaboratively with a team of content writers, graphic designers and project managers to build, expand and enhance our multi-functional, web-based product offerings that will be responsive to customer feedback, competitive intelligence and market demand
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on creative vision and technical needs
Write and troubleshoot HTML/CSS
Integrate our Code of Conduct and Awareness solutions with other products and platforms within the organization
Test and assess viability with internal and external customers, modifying solutions, as necessary, to ensure best-in-class offering
Build and maintain requirements documentation to support product development
Create and maintain process documentation to support Product Marketing, Sales and Delivery teams
Partner with internal stakeholders to determine best practices for implementation, hosting and deployment of solutions
Support Sales in presenting solutions to customers, responding to questions, requests for assistance and troubleshooting access or operational issues
Oversee site analytics and develop delivery mechanisms for reporting/dashboards to share with customers
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of web security and familiarity with web accessibility initiatives and WCAG Guidelines
Basic knowledge of web analytics with ability to analyze website traffic
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Salesforce a plus
Proficient in use of databases, authentication and provision protocols
A passion for staying plugged into emerging technologies, industry trends and applying them into your daily operations and activities
A reputation for painstaking attention to details and follow up
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make important decisions under pressure
The ability to be flexible and pivot from one project to another, balancing multiple projects against competing timelines – we work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the work and workload vary every day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
