What You Will Do:
Work alongside Customer Support and Product teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers
Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick and reliable solutions to our customers
Collaborate with Product teams, ensuring a detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers
Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives
Occasionally meet with customers to deep dive on challenging problems
Find areas of improvement with ever increasing response and resolution times
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years of software engineering experience
Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds the industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience
Good understanding and experience of triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
Knowledge of or willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, React, node.js, CSS and HTML, Databases: Relational, C#, .NET
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
Experience in Learning Management Systems, Courseware and Content Distribution preferred
