Reporting to the Associate Director, Demand Generation, EMEA you will be working at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, blending art and science to attract prospective buyers and enable sales success within an international market for a fast-growing and dynamic software organisation.
As Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, EMEA, you will manage the demand generation strategy and drive execution to deliver revenue. You are skilled in many demand generation disciplines such as integrated campaigns, response-oriented copy, CTAs, lead nurturing, lead scoring, landing page design, A/B testing, attribution, forms optimisation, etc. and will own the associated metrics.

What You Will Do:
Deliver innovative, results-driven international lead generation campaigns that use best-of-breed, modern marketing concepts and tools.
Own the annual marketing calendar and drive quarterly demand generation outcomes to agreed goals: # net new leads, # MELs, etc.
Measure, track and continually assess campaign and programme performance at a regional level and make recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness and investment in time, money and focus.
Work with members of the marketing team in Europe and US to manage integrated campaign execution, while contributing to regional marketing themes, messages, product promotions, and thought leadership campaigns.
Work with marketing operations to provide regional support for key marketing automation and CRM systems to help localise and implement international marketing campaigns and marketing reports.
Guide investment made in demand generation channels including: regional websites, database marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, content syndication, social media, events and webinars, and identifying new channels to market.
Manage and report on the activities of the relevant marketing agencies and the associated budgets.
What You Will Need:
An obsession for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, enabling you to see the bigger picture, prioritise and work in fast-paced situations, while juggling multiple projects.
5+ years creating and executing lead generation campaigns ideally for a software or technology company.
Be degree educated.
You are a good communicator, both verbally and written, and are comfortable presenting your campaigns and results to small and large groups.
You have a good grasp of sales and marketing technology including marketing automation tools (such as Marketo or Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
Strong expertise in email and database marketing.
A mindset for optimisation and testing, with a track record of constantly improving marketing programmes and testing new ways of executing.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude in analysing and making meaning out of data and translating that into actionable changes.
You are results-oriented. Because marketing is an art and a science, you love understanding data, patterns and trends. You love the doing and the process behind it but you are all about delivering meaningful results.
You are a true team player that has the confidence to make informed decisions and act on them.
