You will be working at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, blending art and science, to attract prospective buyers and enable sales success within an international market for a fast-growing and dynamic software organisation.
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will manage, execute and be responsible for the organisation’s web, on-line and digital marketing channels. You will help to develop the digital marketing strategy to transform the company’s web presence into the primary lead generation channel for the international business. You are skilled in many digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, PPC, paid search, creating response-oriented web copy, landing page design and managing integrated digital campaigns. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and shape the digital marketing function in EMEA, while working closely with the international sales and telemarketing teams.

What You Will Do:
Take ownership of all digital marketing channels for the company’s international operations, including all regional websites, to improve visitor traffic, customer experience and conversion rates
Own all digital KPIs and drive results to agreed goals as well as the activities needed to deliver them
Manage all web content for NAVEX Global’s EMEA & APAC websites, including web pages, text, video, imagery and all digital assets
Manage the implementation and optimisation of SEO, PPC, Paid Search and SEM campaigns
Manage the international digital marketing agencies, the associated budget and the roll-out of new regional websites and digital platforms, as required
Measure and report on all digital KPIs to internal stakeholders and to the leadership teams
Work with International and US marketing teams to devise the appropriate digital strategies
Provide digital support and guidance for all international marketing campaigns, lead generation, brand awareness, email and social media activities
Support the US team with the roll out of all digital and web-based technologies for EMEA & APAC
What You Will Need:
A Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or related fields
8+ years creating and executing digital marketing campaigns; ideally for an international B2B SaaS software or technology company
Fluency in Spanish, French, German or Italiean would be an advantage but not required
Experience managing company websites and their digital content and assets. Proficiency with HTML and CSS is a plus
Experience using Google Analytics and web content platforms (ie Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, etc)
Experience of managing search engine marketing, PPC and digital customer acquisition campaigns with ideally broader experience with multi-channel lead gen campaigns
A passion for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, enabling you to see the bigger picture while executing multiple projects simulatenoursly in a fast-paced environment; strong organising and prioritising skills are a must
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude for analysing and translating data into actionable changes, having confidence to make informed decisions and acting on them
A mindset for optimisation and testing, with a track record of constantly improving marketing programmes and testing new ways of executing to deliver meaningful results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
