As the Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator, you will partner closely with cross-functional team members to support the growth and development of the NAVEX Community. This position is responsible for gathering customer feedback and usage/consumption metrics to inform the NAVEX Community roadmap and support initiatives for driving adoption both internally and externally.
You will help support and develop services for managing NAVEX’s customers using Salesforce Experience Cloud, or what our customers know as the NAVEX Community, and associated business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the Experience Cloud meets their needs and keeps pace with changes in NAVEX’s operations, policies and/or procedures, and can provide reports, analysis and business intelligence. In this role, you will also work closely with all departments to deliver an integrated range of technology services by linking with our instance of Salesforce.

What You Will Do:
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com based NAVEX Community via Salesforce Experience Cloud
Daily administration and support of our Salesforce Experience Cloud (NAVEX Community) including but not limited to managing the structure, layout, and functionality, helping to drive adoption and a positive experience for external and internal users
Create and document application requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders involved in the development of program enhancements and changes
Develop test plans for changes and implement projects included on strategic roadmap to ensure usability and continued innovation for our NAVEX Community
Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality as well as provide recommendations for process improvements
Inform application users on system functionality and enhancements
Provide application users with technical support, logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed. You will also assist developers with the creation of technical documentation of existing and future applications
Report on usage and consumption metrics, identifying opportunities to improve experience, adoption and usage
Facilitate continued enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning with business processes and business reporting requirements
Maintain NAVEX Community through following identified governance procedures. Maintain user profiles, system processes and content deployment
Partner with internal Salesforce Development Team and external vendor support to expand functionality and escalate issues
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in related field
Salesforce Experience Cloud Administration experience, certification preferred
Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
Familiarity with relevant tools/languages such as SAQL, SQL, Visualforce, HTML, Java, Apex preferred
Close attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple projects
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse background
