Our Sales Operations organization is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist is driven by a sense of “team success”! What You Will Do:
Provide administrative and operational support for our team of highly skilled Sales Leaders and Account Executives, assisting them in navigating our customized instance of Salesforce.com
Work closely with our Sales Operations’ CPQ support team, learning the nuances required to construct quotes on each of our product families and then using those skills to help guide our sellers as needed
Own the Salesforce support for our Lockpath team as well as the migration schedulers
Provide administrative support for the Sales Learning and Development team; primarily centered around calendaring for both Intensive and All Sales Training
Manage the Sales Support data hygiene queue ensuring appropriate SLAs are met as well as the company “Info Only” email alias
Own/maintain our Sales Ops Confluence Page as well as the Sales Ops information in our PolicyTech instance
Support both our Gungho lead process and our inter-team referral opportunities
Assist in fulfilling basic reporting requests for our Account Executives
Support the team with ad hoc projects coming from multiple cross-functional teams
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent
2+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity
A strong understanding of a variety of software applications, including Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed
Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and commitment to customer service
Knowledge of online web-based meeting technology such as WebEx, Adobe or other similar products and technologies a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
