As our Sales Operations Administrator, you will be part of our US-based Sales Operations team based in Portland, Oregon; however, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our international base of operation. In this role, you will lean on your outstanding process and data expertise, tailoring it to the needs of the international team. As an integral part of the sales team’s success, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that the team depends on to achieve their sales goals. Through your strong attention to detail, commitment to customer service and initiative, you will add value and directly support our organisational growth goals. You will also support the leadership team providing ad hoc and routine analysis of sales trends and statistics.

What You Will Do:
Work closely with, and provide support for, our international team of Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of our CRM (Salesforce.com)
Continually increase your knowledge of our products enabling you to provide guidance in building out complex sales quotes
Gain a deep understanding of the current sales processes and assist the team in refining and implementing them as we continue to scale the international business
Use your analytical and reporting expertise to help support and drive the right activity around forecasting and pipeline management
Assist in providing the international leadership team with in-depth regional reports based on historical data and present-day results, helping them to inform their go-forward strategy
Partner with our Sales Learning and Development team to become the resident subject matter expert on CRM (Salesforce.com), Confluence, LinkedIn Navigator and other sales automation tools
Provide support for Account Executives as they enter their territories; introduce them to available reports and dashboards they will use to manage their business
Liaise with multiple US-based cross-functional teams in supporting the international sales team’s needs
Work in tandem with our US-based Sales Operations team to support multiple projects, including Annual Business Plans, Leadership Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
Ad hoc projects and duties which may from time to time be assigned to you by your manager
What You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required and prior work-related experience or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity
- A strong understanding of a variety of software applications, including Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed
- Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- An inquisitive nature, seeking to understand the dynamics of the business that you support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
