Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee successful completion of projects, but if you also have an interest in writing, graphic design or web content creation, this job will offer an opportunity to hone your skills.

What You Will Do:
Work collaboratively with a team of content writers, graphic designers and other project managers
Create and maintain project plans for large, consultative engagements, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, identifying and managing potential risks and adjusting plans, as necessary
Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) to both internal and external stakeholders in order to set up meetings, respond to questions, troubleshoot challenges and meet project milestones
Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle, sweating the details – documenting processes, preparing briefing notes, summarizing meeting notes, designing reports and presentations
Deliver presentations to customers at various stages of the development lifecycle
Review and update information on active projects, but also analyze data on completed projects to identify what’s going well and where improvements could be made
Dive deep into the development process, looking for ways to do things smarter, faster, better – and then evangelizing initiatives with the team to enhance our product offering and delight our customers
Maintain and manage our project portfolio, Sales presentation decks and other collateral to present our very best work in the very best light
Respond to inquiries and requests for information from the Sales team and leadership
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree or prior related work experience equivalent
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of SmartSheet, SalesForce, Adobe InDesign, and/or web content creation or editing tools a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting time-sensitive deadlines and with a commitment to on-time delivery
A reputation for meticulous attention to details (spellcheck, grammar, punctuation) with ability to follow-up and adhere to brand and style guidelines quickly and accurately
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make important decisions under pressure
A passion for working in a dynamic environment where your workload varies each day and innovation, creativity and initiative are valued and encouraged
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a consultative attitude and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
