As our Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, prioritizing and driving strategic business through new and existing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) partners and channels. In this role, the contributions are high impact as you lead initiatives to build global alliances, partnerships and programs to drive growth in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:
Establish strategic business development initiatives alongside key stakeholders, sales, marketing, product development and engineering
Create and implement business development/growth plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities
Grow new business opportunities through market intelligence and identifying prospects
Develop and cultivate new relationships while maintaining and growing current business relations
Manage internal partner programs and activities
Execute business development growth plans to achieve company’s profitability goals
Create partner facing and internal sales tools with marketing
Support and drive ESG opportunities
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and prior work-related experience or equivalent
Experience in environmental and sustainability technology solutions across one or more vertical industry markets with comprehensive knowledge of the competition, their possible competitive advantages and why opportunities are won or lost
Domains of expertise in environmental sustainability reporting, ESG standards and frameworks, conflict minerals and assessing third parties to determine their sustainability efforts
3+ years of demonstrated experience developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth
Strong business management and analytical skills
Familiarity with strategic selling, formal training or understanding of best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger
Proficiency with CRM usage (Salesforce.com a plus)
The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
The ability to influence others based on your credibility, confidence and shared respect
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
