Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Specialist is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new technologies and balancing a variety of responsibilities in a deadline driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling our global marketing programs through a fully optimized technology and database infrastructure. Working closely with our Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure we grow and maintain a clean, marketable database and execute on our global email calendar.
Your drive and effectiveness in this role will directly influence our revenue achievement and the great experience we insist our customers have with us as an organization!

What You Will Do:
Support and execute a wide variety of global marketing programs, including email campaigns, nurture and webinars
Conduct final QA on emails for customer and device compatibility: ensuring all links, images, subject lines and list segments are accurate and working properly
Support Marketing Operations roadmap to help manage intake, prioritization and production of marketing programs and deliverables
Assist with data needs for the marketing team, including list uploads, data entry standardization, data segmentation and list pulls
Assist Marketing Operations Manager with company’s database, including database health and growth
Collaborate with Marketing Operations Manager to evaluate new technologies
Support M&A integration activities
What You Will Need:
1+ years’ experience in a Marketing role, operations focus preferred
Understanding of marketing automation platforms; Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred
Basic understanding of HTML a plus
A natural curiosity to dig into new tools and learn new technologies
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative and deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously
A data driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
