The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner on the overall vision and strategy of the department, facilitating daily operations and providing infrastructure support through data collection, analysis, measurement/metrics and continual research/implementation of best practices that reinforce evolving marketing strategies.
This role will require an innovative person who is inherently good at leveraging the data that technology creates. Someone technically savvy and a strategic thinker who is skilled at aligning teams and building strong relationships to make sure the marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with systems. This includes making sure the marketing team has the tools and training needed to provide the highest standard of usage of the data and technology. The ideal candidate is expected to bring hands-on experience with campaign management lifecycle, including leading campaign operations.

What You Will Do:
Manage Marketo campaigns/workflows and be internal company resource on all things related to Marketo
Evaluate new technologies and help onboard new marketing vendors
Support Marketo campaign operations (design, build, execute), including segmentation, lead scoring, acceptable criteria, asset utilization and reporting
Enable self-serve reporting for marketing and business development teams
Develop and manage a 12-month Marketing Operations roadmap to help manage intake, prioritization and production of marketing programs and deliverables
Develop a plan to manage company’s database, including stewardship of database health and growth
Work with marketing leadership team to help inform, set and measure progress against department goals
Work with marketing, sales and business development teams to ensure end-to-end lead scoring, management, follow-up and results reporting
Support M&A integration activities
What You Will Need:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other relevant field preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing operations-focused leadership role, preferably with a technology company and 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
In-depth knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce required; working knowledge of ABM platform preferred
Experience developing partnerships across multiple departments, including sales ops, business systems, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to plan, make and communicate sound decisions effectively
Demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
