As one of our Learning Consultants, you will design and produce a variety of training solutions for our customers with varying needs. Through timely production, you will coordinate the continuous integration of new content to ensure our customers have the information needed to utilize our products to their potential. This role will require you to tap into your presentation, written and training skills each day to achieve the greatest results.

What You Will Do:
Design, develop and produce online learning activities from inception to completion, and a variety of instructional media to include print, graphics, audio, video and animation technologies to support curriculum offerings
Develop guides for courses and/or program components
Write effective copy, instructional text and audio/video scripts
Collaborate with the Customer Education team to develop consistent design and training standardization
Work with subject matter experts to develop instructional content for multiple software products
Deliver product training communication to ensure customers have the most up to date information that achieves a world-class customer experience
Track and analyze curriculum effectiveness of training programs and conduct follow-up programs to ensure applicability of course materials
Generate learning models to support new products and offerings
Deliver and facilitate courses in a classroom setting, online or at customer sites
Travel up to 15% (pending requirement due to COVID-19)
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree or related training experience, preferred but not required
1+ years’ experience designing, developing and facilitating web-based training courses in a SaaS based environment
3+ years’ experience in the software industry, preferably in a training, education, support or consulting role
Working knowledge of learning management systems and experience with e-learning development software (Articulate 360)
Experience delivering virtual instructor led training using web conferencing tools (such as GoToMeeting, WebEx)
Basic understanding of information security standards, best practices and data confidentiality regulations (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, EU Privacy, HIPAA, etc.)
Conceptual and intuitive understanding of how adults learns; accomplished presentation skills, including development and delivery
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, policies and procedures to individuals with varying ranges of expertise, interests and background
