Position Summary:
NAVEX Global is looking for an Implementation Analyst who will facilitate customer data migration from legacy versions of our software applications to new, state-of-the-art technology. In addition to focusing on successful and on-time project completion, you will work closely with our customers providing the utmost care. You will leverage project migration tools to perform rolling migrations, ensuring multiple successful customer transitions. Projects range from simple to complex and include multi-system data elements.

What You Will Do:
Perform multiple software application migrations utilizing proprietary technical tools for flawless transition of customer data with high quality consistency
Execute routine project activities and deliverables, tracking projects to successful completion
Ensure a high level of customer care with regular, proactive and professional communication flow with internal and external stakeholders
Overcome migration roadblocks or challenges with services excellence and professionalism
Enhance existing internal processes and procedures to promote efficiency, scalability, quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring data integrity, as needed
Maintain individual KPI targets (utilization, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Identify opportunities during implementation to optimize customer system performance, promote customer programs and grow customer accounts
Manage confidential and proprietary customer information
What You Will Need:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
1+ years experience in project management or implementation; experience with SaaS based solutions a plus
Outstanding customer service skills with strong customer and results orientation
Strong analytical and technical skills with a high level of accuracy, excellent follow through and reliability
Proven track record of success in highly evolving and dynamic work environments
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills to deliver priorities on time for internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
