Team: Product Engineering Manager: Director, Product Engineering
Location: Lake Oswego, OR and Charlotte, NC or Remote Status: Full Time, Exempt

What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage our team of architects to create durable standards and designs to help us achieve our goals.
- Work with leadership in Product Management, Hosting, InfoSec, Product Engineering and others to align our architecture across disciplines.
- Work with our development managers to build new products and migrate our existing products to new technologies and cloud based infrastructure (AWS).
- Embed in engineering teams when needed to establish a new pattern or solve high priority problems.
- Build communication plans to rollout new practices and technologies
- Present on our company wide architecture to the Product Engineering team, the Executive team and customers.
What You Need:
- Experience with a wide range of technologies and services
- An ability to manage a team of technical architects
- A business focused view of technology and design
- A background in software architecture and design
- A degree in Computer Science or be good enough that we won’t notice
