As our Director of PR & Analyst Relations, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s analyst and media relations programs. You will work closely with senior marketing management to define and position NAVEX Global as the solution and thought leader in the risk, compliance and ESG technology market(s) alongside industry analysts, industry and technology trade reporters, business and financial journalists and industry influencers.
This position will have significant interaction with NAVEX Global Executive Management both in an advisory capacity and working with some as corporate spokespeople and subject matter experts with the media and analysts.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Corporate Marketing, VP Product Marketing and CMO to refine our Analyst Relations strategy and execute the program
Enrich and strengthen relationships with key industry analysts to drive engagement, feedback and intended outcomes (e.g. position NAVEX Global as a leader within appropriate analyst reports)
Develop and drive analyst-related marketing programs
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management and other internal teams to drive engagement with select analysts, generate insights to inform business and product (roadmap) strategy and improve Sales and Marketing Communications messaging
In collaboration with the Sr. Director, Corporate Marketing and NAVEX Global’s PR Agency, refine and execute our media relations program. You will develop and manage the annual PR plan and execute PR/announcement campaigns
Increase impact, coverage and thought leadership reputation among the trade, technology, business and financial press
Oversee, and execute the company social media strategy, working cross-functionally to monitor and leverage our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn channels effectively
Manage the corporate media spokespersons “bench”; expand and refine as needed
Manage the corporate PR agency; refine and direct agency time and effort for optimal impact
Support company subject matter experts and spokespeople with presentation development and other forms of communications to reach and influence analysts and journalists; occasionally present to these audiences yourself
Mange the Analyst Relations and PR budget
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, general business or technical emphasis, preferred
7+ years of experience in the software industry and/or within the Product, Public Relations and/or Analyst Relations areas
Previous experience in PR and/or Analyst Relations within the software industry
Demonstrated relationship development skills with software analysts and journalists
The ability to exert strong influence across organizations; be recognized as representing a brand that is an authority and responsible leader in the industry
Ability to think creatively about ways to target, reach and influence influencers
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data for messaging and persuasion
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments
Solid computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
