If you are passionate about numbers and transforming data into a visual story of our business performance, our Data Analyst is the role for you! You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Customer Success Organization. You will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, documentation and design, and provide process improvement opportunities that drive timely and accurate analytic reporting.

What You Will Do:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of reports through timely completion and per standard operating procedures
Manage and organize the report library
Proactively manage, develop and streamline reporting processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality for specific requests, monthly/quarterly reporting and ad-hoc reporting needs
Create and maintain performance metrics dashboard and reports across the Services team and for presentation at all levels of the organization
Create, maintain and enhance data visualization components in NAVEX Global’s CRM to easily interpret data (dashboards, scorecards)
Analyze, interpret and transform data captured to identify key themes and trends
Employ analytical techniques to estimate and model the relationships between specific data points and key metrics
Perform root cause analysis recommendations to correct data defects
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 12 months experience in a data analytics role
Critical thinking and an affinity for problem solving with high attention to detail
Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights
Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting
Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools; MS Excel, Salesforce and SQL database preferred
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
