The Professional Services Practice Leader’s key objective is the department’s successful implementation delivery, measured by customer satisfaction, on-time and on-budget completion metrics. As a key member of the Customer Success and Professional Services organisation, the Practice Leader has a varied role. You will manage a team of 5 to 10 Solutions Consultants, overseeing customer engagements as well mentoring and shaping employee growth and professional development in line with NAVEX values and the Professional Services methodology. Beyond the team, the Practice Leader serves as a Subject Matter Expert for NAVEX flagship products, providing insight and contributing customer feedback to Marketing, Product and Sales, as appropriate. You will deliver on a limited number of engagements annually, with complex or high-profile customers, providing oversight of consulting resources around solution design, delivery and customer management.

What You Will Do:
Manage a team of 5–10 consultants providing continuous professional development and ensuring adherence to performance standards, delivery protocols and driving achievement of KPIs
Cultivate customer “referenceability” through product adoption and engagement
Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of NAVEX flagship products and related modules and features
Work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to ensure the success of NAVEX's products and delivery of value on enhancements, feature releases and future product offerings
Perform technical pre-sales support for potential customers, including product presentations, proposal creation, needs analysis and assessments
Actively drive and manage the evaluation and discovery stage of the sales process, working as liaison between professional services, sales, marketing, customer service, product management, product engineering, legal and other departments
10-20% air travel may be required with overnight stay
Leadership and Development:
Continuously lead, build, coach and inspire divese staff with the goal of ongoing individual improvement and retention, establishing a culture that encourages and motivates members to achieve their maximum potential
Provide clear individual and team goals that ensure each team member understands their role in the success of NAVEX; make changes when necessary and proactively address performance issues
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business or computer science, or comparable experience
Proven people and team management experience to facilitate collaboration; ability to work and interact with a cross functional and remote team and coordinate project escalations
Consulting and enterprise software solution implementation experience across several seniority levels, preferably working with EMEA Enterprise customers
Experience with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills, preferably professional working proficiency in a common European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German)
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage team members and multiple projects to successful completion, including prioritizing and delegating tasks, executing deliverables and measuring success
Proven project management skills; ideally utilizing Professional Service Automation programs
Strong presentation skills, project planning and scoping experience
Experience with HTML, Browser based Technologies, Data Integration Services, web design, web development and solution selling for scoping and requirements gathering for custom web-based forms
Experience with MS Office Professional applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote) and CRMs, preferably salesforce.com
