This is the eighth year The Oregonian/Oregon Live has identified and recognized Oregon and southwest Washington’s Top Workplaces. The results are based on survey responses submitted directly by employees who work for eligible employers and are compiled by an independent research company.
The survey respondents were asked to evaluate their employers in three general areas: 1) organizational alignment – where the company is headed and cross-functional cooperation; 2) connection – whether they felt appreciated and if their work was meaningful; and 3) workplace culture – leadership, engagement, organizational effectiveness and compensation. This year’s results were based on nearly 25,000 employee surveys received.
