What a fantastic checklist. Statistically, most companies do not regularly check on the effectiveness of their compliance programs. With a checklist like this, it keeps the process simple with green, yellow or red lights as indicators of individual programs, as well as an indicator of processes or procedures that need to be implemented. A Compliance check-up doesn't need to be exhaustive. This is how to begin!

I find this particularly helpful. I was reading that in business, in order to be truly successful that you should investigate your successes along with your failures.
