William Kruse is Gallup's Regulatory Compliance Officer & In-house Counsel, working primarily in support of the Government Division. He is also a board member on Gallup's government contracting subsidiary. He is a Litigation and Regulatory Compliance Attorney with over a decade of Federal Acquisition Regulations contracting and procurement experience. He attended law school while serving on active duty in the United States Coast Guard, graduating seventh in his class.
