Amanda Gratchner

Amanda serves as Global Privacy Officer & Senior Counsel for NAVEX. She is a legacy EthicsPoint employee and has been with the organization since 2004 serving in various roles including General Counsel, Privacy Officer and Corporate Secretary. Amanda currently serves the organization’s internal privacy needs, while also supporting the sales and delivery of NAVEX’s products and services. Amanda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (holding both CIPP-US and CIPP-EU certifications), Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional and is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Society of Corporate Compliance Executives, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
