Experienced ethics officers will tell you that one of the most effective ethics and compliance program measurement tools they have is the data from their internal reporting systems. But how do you put that data into perspective so that you can demonstrate program effectiveness as well as report meaningful and actionable data to senior leadership and the board?
With appropriate context and industry benchmarks, helpline data provides invaluable information about organizational culture and help identify simmering issues before they come to a boil. Our experts help you understand how to interpret your data, how to differentiate between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ results, and how to address potential concerns raised by your data. We’ll also share the latest trends and 2013 benchmarking data from the NAVEX Global reporting database - the largest database of its kind in the world.
In this session, we address:
- The effectiveness of anonymous ethics helpline reporting
- Whether you are getting the right numbers and types of reports
- Findings and trends, and how those correlate to actions
- Types of data that should be tracked and reported to executive leadership
- Latest industry trends and reporting statistics from the 2013 calendar year
